A gift card is a form of payment that can be used to make purchases at Tabs Mill in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.
To see your gift card balance, check its expiration date, and find your gift card code, please visit your account's Gift Cards tab.
You can purchase a gift card the same way you would any other product! Simply visit our Gift Cards page and select your desired gift card balance amount. If you’re part of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gifts, including gift cards.
To redeem a gift card, all you need to do is enter your gift card code in the gift card field during checkout. To find your gift card code, visit the Your Orders tab or look through your email to find the code.
To check your gift card balance, you can visit the Gift Cards tab on your account page. There, you'll see your active and inactive gift cards and the remaining balance of any gift cards currently active.
Alternatively, you can visit our Gift Cards Balance page and enter your unique gift card code plus the email originally used to purchase the gift card. You’ll see your gift card’s remaining balance there as well.
Any gift card that you purchase does not expire. Free gift cards claimed from promotions or sales, however, expire within 30 days of claiming.

In addition to treating jet lag and insomnia, it is also effective in treating other conditions.
The appropriate dosage of melatonin can vary widely depending on the person and the reason for taking it. In general, it is recommended to start with the lowest possible dose and increase it gradually as needed. The recommended dose can also depend on the individual's age, weight, and any other medical conditions they may have.
The following are some general guidelines for melatonin dosage:
- For adults, the usual recommended dose is 1-3 mg, taken 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
- For children, the dosage can vary depending on the child's age and the condition being treated. It is important to speak with a healthcare professional for specific dosage recommendations for children.
- For older adults, a lower dose of melatonin may be recommended, such as 0.5-1 mg.

Compare CBC products by checking the amount per serving, product format, ingredient list, lab testing, and whether the item includes other cannabinoids. This makes it easier to choose a product that matches your preferences without guessing from the name alone.

Not exactly! While delta 9 is the same chemical compound found in traditional cannabis, these products are derived from the hemp plant, not from marijuana. This means that hemp-derived delta 9 THC is legal to sell and consume at a federal level.
On a federal basis, yes! Hemp-derived delta 9 THC meets the FDA requirement of containing less than 0.3% THC by weight, so it’s legal to sell and consume. However, cannabis laws vary from state to state, so we recommend looking into your state’s laws before purchasing.
Like Full spectrum CBD, Broad Spectrum CBD contains all of the other cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids found in the hemp plant. However, the THC has been entirely extracted out of Broad-spectrum CBD (whereas full spectrum still contains up to 0.3 percent THC). Together they work in a synergistic way to produce the entourage effect in your body.
